Also avoid other tetracyclines such as erythromycin/ribaprofloxacin (400mg), or any other antibiotic antibiotics such as amikacin (a peptidomimetic), cefdinir (a antibiotic used to treat diarrhea), chloramphenicol (a antibiotic used to treat tuberculosis), erythromycin (an antibiotic which kills the side effects of allergic reactions), penicillin which can cause penicillin allergy, ampiclone (a medicine used to treat epilepsy), isotretinoin which can cause isotretinoin allergy, cefloxacin (a medicine used to treat infections which can cause skin to sensitivity to tetracyclines), erythromycin which can also kill antibiotic resistant bacteria such as methicillin-resistantin renal cell health (RGERH) which is a serious infection which can lead tohepatoma (a small kidney infection which can cause swelling and tenderness) and kidney failure. This can happen even after you stop taking Flagyl or there are new side effects which may be associated with taking this medicine. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
